Shared Servers Shared Server Outage

00:19 - The issue is now resolved with lh56.dnsireland.com with network connectivity after review by our engineers. If you continue to experience any issues with connecting to this server, please let us know by ticket on https://www.letshostbilling.com/submitticket.php

We're currently investigating an issue with one of our shared servers, lh56.dnsireland.com/78.137.164.96. Our engineers are currently investigating this as their top priority.

We will update this status in 30 minutes (insert-time-here). We apologise for any disruption this may cause you.

21:14 - We are still investigating an issue with lh56. We will update shortly.

21:53 - We rebooted the hypervisor where lh56.dnsireland.com is located and also shared servers lh17.dnsireland.com , lh25.dnsireland.com and lh18.dnsireland.com. We will update as soon the servers are back online.

22:30 - Servers lh17.dnsireland.com , lh25.dnsireland.com and lh18.dnsireland.com are back online. We are still working on LH56.dnsireland.com, We will update shortly.

23:05 - Our engineers are still working with lh56.dnsireland.com. We don't have an ETA for this, we will continue working during the night and we will update again in the morning. We apologise for the disruption to your account, but assure you that this issue is being treated with priority.

Shared Servers Shared Server Outage

17:57 - Service has now been restored to lh30.

17:48 - lh37 and lh38 are working. We are investigating an issue with lh30 in relation to disk integrity separate to reported issue. We hope to have this server online by 18:10 and will update shortly.

17:07 - Service has been restored to lh30 and lh37. We are still working to resolve issue with lh38

We are currently experiencing an issue with shared servers lh30, lh37 and lh38. Our engineers are working on this as a top priority We have identified the issue and hope to resolve service as soon as possible with an update within 15 minutes.
