Shared Servers Shared Server Outage

We are currently rebooting one of our shared servers, to resolve some performance related issues. Our engineers are currently investigating this as their top priority.

We will update this status in 30 minutes (13:20). We apologise for any disruption this may cause you.

Update 13:25 we are attempting to restore the server from one of our backups, there is currently no ETA on this but we will update this status as soon as we can provide an update/ETA

Update 19:21 The server is currently undergoing a check and repair for hard drive errors. Data is being restored to our most recent backup. ETA for restore for this check and repair usually takes 2-3 hours however time may be greater depending on number of errors detected. We will update in one hour with progress in relation to given ETA.

All relevant MX records point to non-existent hosts

Emails sending to email accounts that are hosted with Office 365 are generating bounce back emails with the error "All relevant MX records point to non-existent hosts".

The LetsHost systems are all online* so emails to other LetsHost customers/Gmail etc. should still work fine.

We will keep an eye on the situation from and update this status once office 365 provide an update (20:00 IST).

If you want to check if someones email is hosed by office 365 you can use Enter the domain name (only the part after the @ for example the email address you would just enter ""), change the type from A to MX and search. If it comes up with "" the email is hosed by office 365.
