An update was made last night, which should allow pop accounts to reconnect over ports 995 (for incoming) and 465 (for SMTP/Outgoing), should you require assistance in updating these settings, or you have an outstanding issue, please give us a call on 01 6535032 and we can review your specific set-up.

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers who use POP on old software/operating systems to connect to their email accounts. This issue began occurring after a recent cPanel update, which included changes to the underlying mail service (Dovecot).
Our team is currently reviewing the situation with cPanel to determine the best long-term resolution.
