Shared Servers Shared Server Outage

We're currently investigating an issue with several of our shared servers. Our engineers are currently investigating this as their top priority.

We will update this status in 30 minutes (11:30 PM). We apologise for any disruption this may cause you.

We identified that the issue is related to one of our switches. We are working on solving the situation at the moment. We will update you with more information as soon as we get it.

The problem was solved. The switch is now fully working, and the problem should be solved for all the servers under it. Apologies for the inconvenience.
