Customer Support Systems Intermittent Phone Outage

Our upstream provider for our phone system (+353-01-6535032) is having Intermittent issues with their service which in turn is impacting Inbound and Outbound calls to/from LetsHost. We will monitor the situation with our upstream provider, however, in the meantime you can email support@letshost.ie for technical queries billing@letshost.ie for billing queries and sales@letshost.ie for sales queries.

Shared Servers Shared Server Outage

11:50 - Service has now been restored. If you experience any issues please contact us or let us know by submitting a support ticket.


11:37 - Server is undergoing reboot/reapplication of updates and system file repair but we anticipate restore of service within the next 30 minutes.


11:28 - We anticipate that service should be online within the next 10 minutes awaiting first boot and checks and will update to confirm if this is the case.


10:15 - Unfortunately we have found a disk integrity issue with this particular server and we are working to restore service as soon as possible. At this moment we estimate that this may take at least 2-3 hours however we will update with any changes to the expected timeframe as restoration progresses. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We will update further in approximately 1 hour (11:15)


09:49 - We're currently investigating an issue with one of our shared servers, win4.dnsireland.com / 92.51.242.14. Our engineers are currently investigating this as their top priority.

We will update this status in 30 minutes (10:19). We apologise for any disruption this may cause you.
