Shared Servers Migration of lh11.dnsireland.com

22:59 - Migration of the server to the new platform is now complete.

As per previous communication we're starting migration of the server: lh11.dnsireland.com

We don't expect any downtime however, the entire process will take approximately 1 hour and will update this status message as this progresses.

If you experience any issues please log a ticket at https://www.letshostbilling.com/clientarea.php and we'll review for you.

Shared Servers Shared Server database issue

We're currently investigating database issues on some accounts on one of our shared servers, lh56.dnsireland.com/78.137.164.96. Our engineers are currently investigating this as their top priority.

We will update this status in 30 minutes (13:40). We apologise for any disruption this may cause you.

Update 13:36 - Our admins are currently in the process of backing up the databases (this is currently at ~50% done), we will update here again once this has been completed or at 14:15

Update 14:07 - The backups have successfully brought sites back online, we will continue running the backups and will update here again once all have been completed.

Update 16:00 - The databases have been restored, and sites should be fully back online. Please let us know if you have any outstanding issues by emailing support@letshost.ie and we can review your account specifically.
