Shared Servers Migration Notice

01:44 - Migration is now complete.

00:32 - Final synchronisation of files/accounts is taking longer than anticipated however ETA of completion window should be 01:15. We will update this ticket once fully complete.

22:00 - Scheduled migration for the server lh23.dnsireland.com is currently underway as per previous communication by email. We anticipate that this will take 1-2 hours to fully complete without downtime and will update this status once fully switched over.

Shared Servers Shared Server Outage

23:08 - Issue is now fully resolved. If you experience any issues please raise a ticket on https://www.letshostbilling.com/submitticket.php and we can review further.

21:03 - Snapshot is complete with series of reboots being carried out to review applied Windows Server hotfixes/updates. ETA for this work is 1 hour with service fully restored after this period.

17:42 - Snapshot is awaiting completion with additional work to restore service being carried out. ETA of further work will be updated within the next hour and hope to have the server fully restored as soon as possible.

14:50 - We are currently running a backup of the server before proceeding with a reboot to apply updates. The current Eta for the backup is 3-5hours.

12:08 - We are still reviewing and hope to further update once remediation plan is in place and are working to restore service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience on this.

09:35 - We have determined the underlying cause in one Windows service and we are working to restore this server and reapply hotfixes/updates. Currently we do not have an ETA of resolution at this time but we will update this status with further information as soon as available.


We're currently investigating an issue with one of our shared servers, win3.dnsireland.com / 92.51.243.49. Our engineers are currently investigating this as their top priority.
