12:20 - cPanel are still investigating this issue regarding this version of Dovecot and will post any further updates upon their investigation. Priority is to ensure uptime as much as possible for this while they continue to investigate source of this bug.

11:19 - Issue has been observed and recurring. We are still awaiting update from cPanel regarding this.
10:50 - An issue has been identified with Dovecot authentication and this will be monitored closely to preserve uptime of mail services. The workaround has appeared to resolve this issue but we are following up with cPanel in relation to this.
We're currently investigating an issue with email service, lh230.dnsireland.com.
Our engineers are currently investigating this as their top priority.
